The wine
Limes is a fresh Pinot Blanc with a mineral note; it is pale yellow in color. The aromatic profile is broad, characterized by notes of white-fleshed fruit, in particular apple, floral hints and aromatic herb flavors. The sip is fine and very pleasant, balanced by excellent acidity. Perfect in combination with fish-based preparations, it goes well with both first and second courses.
