Review

The wine takes its name from the town of Castellania called Sant'Andrea. Obtained from Barbera grapes and a small percentage of Croatina. Its simplicity, the intensity of the perfumes and the pleasantness of drinking make it a young red.

At sight it has an intense and lively ruby red color. The aromatic profile is of beautiful intensity, with notes of cherry and wild strawberry. The sip is full, savory and fresh. Perfect in combination with white and red meats, elaborate preparations based on fish, fresh cheeses, ideal with agnolotti and raw salami. intense and lively ruby red.
