The wine
At the sight, Dolcetto Fontanazza has a magnificent ruby red color, with violet reflections. The intense and persistent aroma offers floral and fruity sensations, with evident notes of sweet spices. On the palate we find the same sensations, enhanced and enhanced by a pleasant acidity and a delicate bitterish aftertaste, pleasant and inviting. Due to its particular characteristics, Dolcetto Fontanazza happily combines with all dishes of Italian and international cuisine. His ideal glass is the medium tall stemmed glass.
