Jermann Pinot Grigio is an intense and inviting white wine. It has an intense straw yellow color with a delicate antique pink nuance. The nose expresses an intense, broad, fruity aroma with excellent persistence. In the mouth the taste is dry, soft, harmonious and full-bodied. It goes well with fish soups, grilled seafood and preparations based on champignons and porcini mushrooms. Exceptional in combination with lasagna mixed with cuttlefish ink and seasoned with shrimp sauce.

Always great taste
When i was first served this wine in Spain i was so impressed, that I revisited the Restaurant the next day, not so much for the food but to drink another bottle of this marvellous wineby: MK (04/02/2018) - Vintage 2016
This is a superior pinot grigio. Mineral notes with full body and has some acidity and fruit. I will be ordering more bottles of this for sure.by: Rottgen (26 Apr) - Vintage 2019

Buon vino da abbinare con piatti di pesce, equilibrato al palato con una lieve acidità. Profumi floreali ma non aggressivi.by: Peter (7 Jul) - Vintage 2020
