Review
Polissena has an intense ruby red color. The nose shows an intense aroma, with notes of undergrowth and hints of red berry fruit. The taste is dry, full-bodied, with a pleasant perception of tannins. It goes well with Tuscan meat-based specialties, Tuscan crostini, aged cheeses, cold cuts, first and second courses based on game. Particularly recommended with hare, wild boar, Chianina and Cinta Senese.
