The Passerina Maddalena produced by Alberto Giacobbe is a fresh and pleasant wine; refines for 6 months in tonneaux and for at least 12 in the bottle. At sight it has a straw yellow color; notes of fresh fruit make up the aromatic bouquet which results in a pleasant and delicate nose. The flavor is fresh and savory with a light and direct sip, excellent persistence. It goes well with first courses of fish or vegetables. Also excellent as an aperitif accompanied with fish appetizers.
