The Truc is a natural wine without any type of additive. The wine comes from the vines dels Molats, two small parcels of macabeu. It ferments spontaneously without autochthonous yeasts and without temperature control, at the end of the fermentation batonnage is carried out to favor the malolactic and soften the acidity.
