Medium garnet red. Broad spectrum aroma ranging from cherry to red berries, to spices; medium-bodied and balanced, it has an elegant and persistent finish. It has an aging potential of 6-8 years.

Cherry and forest
A lovely lighter-styled pinot with classic varietal notes - cherry, forest floor, a hint of cinnamon and clove. Rather less brooding than some other Italian pinot, it will appeal to fans of Oregon and New Zealand pinot. Very well priced for the quality.by: Iker (22 Feb) - Vintage 2017

Founded in 1960 by 28 wine-growers, the Cantina Colterenzio winery now has around 300 members and is one of the most active and enterprising firms in Alto Adige, managed for many years by Wolfgang Raifer, son of the renowned oenologist Luis Raifer who had also taken over the running of the winery back in the 1970s.
