The wine

Wine of refined elegance that encloses the land of origin, takes its name from the legendary Dioscuri to which the ancient temple of Castor and Pollux is dedicated, whose imposing remains enrich the archaeological heritage of Cori. Obtained from the vinification in purity of Nero Buono, an ancient grape of millennial tradition, recovered and relaunched through research and experiments that have documented its peculiar quality characteristics, Polluce is a wine with a strong personality and intense color.
