The wine

From the most ancient soils, those of Valpolicella, the red grapes, especially Corvina, express in this wine the warmth, strength and concentration of the fruits of this land: from the Valpolicella Classica the typical notes of fresh fruit, cherry in particular, from Valpantena the peppery notes and silky tannins. A set of colors and flavors that give sensations of extraordinary elegance and pleasure. Vibrant Valpolicella, ruby red in color. The fruity notes of red currant, plum, raspberry, black cherry are balanced by an intriguing spicy component reminiscent of pepper and cinnamon. In the mouth the characters of lightness, sapidity and fresh tannins emerge that give drinkability and pleasantness. Ideal pairing with medium-flavored first courses, seasoned white meats or grilled red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
