The grapes harvested by hand in the hilly vineyards of the Asolana DOCG are softly pressed. The careful fermentation of the must at 16/18 ° C leads us to have a delicate base wine which is then sparkling at low temperature to respect the precious aromas to the maximum. After a few weeks of rest in the bottle we can fully appreciate its delicate floral and citrus bouquet; the dry, fresh, savory taste with fruity notes in harmony. Let's taste it as an aperitif, with delicate appetizers or in perfect combination with grilled seafood.
