Review
Intense straw yellow tending to gold. Olfactory impact of great intensity and persistence; fruity and floral, almond blossom, hawthorn, citrus and tropical fruit can be recognized; slightly spicy finish. On the palate it is structured and very savory. The large acid structure, typical of Trebbiano Spoletino, blends in a perfect and surprising balance with the other elements. Excellent persistence and taste-olfactory correspondence. It accompanies noble cured meats such as raw ham and culatello, terrines and carpaccio. It is served with fish-based first courses; spaghetti carbonara, saffron risotto and second courses based on fish or white meats. Finally, with tasty cheeses.
