(Juvé & Camps)
Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia is a benchmark cava, an authentic historical sparkling wine known and adored by any good bubble aficionado. Made from the three traditional white grape varieties, with the xarel·lo grape making up more than half of the blend, it is aged on its lees for 36 months in the bottle, which guarantees it the appellation of Gran Reserva; the non-addition of sugar allows it to be called Brut Nature.
(Raventós i Blanc)
Pepe Raventós had it very clear from the moment De Nit began to cross his mind that he needed a red grape that would add complexity to the wine without detracting from its freshness, and he found just what he was looking for in the monastrell (mourvèdre) grapes of the western part of the Serral hill. There, the deep clay-loam soils give freshness and elegance to the grape that marks De Nit with its personality.
Torelló Brut Nature Tradicional is made with the three classic varieties of Catalan sparkling wines (xarel·lo, macabeo and parellada). They are, together with a minimum ageing of 50 months, the keys to this sparkling wine with small and persistent bubbles. Herbs, white fruit and dried fruits are the most prominent aromas on the nose, while on the palate it stands out for its freshness and subtlety, as well as a characteristic saline finish.
