Details for Mas Fontallada Brut
The Mas de Fontallada is an old country house in the heart of the Penedès region, with documentary evidence of its existence dating back to the 11th Century and where vines were being cultivated on its lands back in Roman times over 2,000 years ago. Tradition and expertise lie behind this fine Brut Cava, with its blend of Xarel·lo (50%), Macabeo (30%) and Parellada.
Aged for 18 months in bottle.
