The wine
Niedrist's Witterberg Bianco Trias is a South Tyrolean white wine with good value for money. At sight it has an intense but brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the nose expresses delicate and inviting hints of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple and pear and floral notes, ending with a refreshing mineral vein. The sip is soft but well balanced between acidity and minerality. Excellent in combination with a first course based on vegetables or fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
