Spec sheet
The wine
The Cerviano-Merli comes from grapes of the homonymous cru, perfectly exposed to the South. Of remarkable structure and depth, it reveals its aromas over time. For this reason, it spends a year more in the cellar than Ravera and Pressenda and is a wine destined for aging.
Barolo of remarkable structure which, deriving from a little sandy soil, is slower in revealing its wide aromas: for this reason it is aged in the cellar for four years. It develops notes of dark tobacco, blueberry and licorice on a mineral background. Serve at 18 ° C after bringing the bottle to room temperature for at least 24 hours.
