The wine
The grapes come from vineyards with particularly rich soils of clay and limestone, which, on sight, appear as Terre Bianche. This type of soils, very compact and waterproof, force the vine to take root in depth, in search of water. The result is particularly sparse bunches with small berries that give the wines an abundance of mineral salts, trace elements and a rich heritage of tannins, capable of ensuring their great longevity.
