The wine
At sight it is clear and bright red; The nose is complex and fascinating, composed of notes of red fruits, cherries and finer hints of thyme and flint. The sip is classy and articulated balanced by a good minerality and freshness on the finish. Excellent in combination with red meat dishes such as roast, braised, stew and grilled meat. Also excellent in combination with aged cheeses.
