The wine
Petresco Sangiovese is a typical Chianti Classico, which embodies the expressions of the area and the terroir of the area. It appears at the sight of a garnet red color; the nose expresses notes of undergrowth and humus with a finish that releases the spices including cinnamon, cloves and pepper. The sip is full-bodied and intense, full and balanced and a pleasantly tannic finish. Excellent to accompany courses of red meat, such as roast, game, stew. Perfect in combination with traditional Tuscan meat preparations.
