The wine
The Rosoresca rosé wine shows a beautiful bright cherry pink with reflections that turn to coral; the aromatic profile is intense, with very pleasant and fragrant floral and fruity scents. The sip is refreshing, savory, mineral and of good persistence. Ideal as an aperitif, it is excellent in combination with raw fish, shellfish, cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
