The wine
L'Orangerie de Ferran is a white wine from the Péssac-Léognan appellation. Pale green in color, the Orangerie de Ferran Blanc is complex and smooth with lemony notes with scents of burnt wood. Vinous and fleshy wine with freshness. A full finish with toasted notes.

The winery
Château Ferran

Although the Château was founded by the philosopher and winegrower Montesquieu in the 18th century, it was named after Robert Ferran, a lawyer at the Bordeaux Parliament. Montesquieu planted the vines in this exceptional vineyard in the heart of Pessac-Léognan which would produce wines classified back then as "Premiers graves Martillac".
