Delia Viader, owner and winemaker, wines of great wineries have a personality, color, aromas, the palate ..., which distinguishes them from the other says. Knowing how to find, recognize and interpret what characterize this personality is the great challenge to achieve, and its objective. For now, it seems that the Viader family has managed to convey the expression and character of its plants and land a few acres planted in volcanic soil north of Napa Valley in California. This Viader shows the balance between two major varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, which gives structure, character, fruity and rich tannins; and the franc, cabernet rich in aromas, smoothness and elegance. If the cabernet franc makes it more accessible, cabernet sauvignon added longevity. A wine to taste 5-7 years of their harvest, or to keep for a couple of decades.
