Details for Torrevento Castel del Monte Bolonero 2018
Bottle size and vintage
DOC Castel del Monte produced with Nero di Troia and Aglianico grapes grown in vineyards at 450 meters above sea level, with cold winters and not too hot summers. A classic ruby red color with a full and fragrant bouquet. Ruby red wine tending to garnet after short aging, it expresses a full and fragrant bouquet, delicately spiced with hints of berries. On the palate it is pleasant, full-bodied, harmonious, savory, and goes well with red meats, roasts, game, aged cheeses and salami.
- Optimum serving temperature:Between 16ºC and 18ºC
Fruity, lots of dark fruits inside, good acidity and nice finish. I would buy this wine again. Give it a tryby: dcoats (12/07/2017) - Vintage 2014
