Shiny ruby with garnet shades of beautiful transparency, the nose expresses hints of dried violet, cherry, orange peel and plum in syrup. In the background, spices, cocoa, vegetal notes and ethereal references. In the mouth it is harmonious and fresh, with gentle tannins and good pseudocalore, with a fruity persistence.

Lunch time favourite
Best of the Tommasi production (alongside the Recioto della Valpolicella). Modern, mid weight style of ripasso. Great for lunch time!
