The wine
Studio by Miraval Blanco is a tribute to the Rolle grape, the main white grape in the region. It is vinified in concrete tanks in the form of a tulip with a rounded bottom. This ovoid shape creates a natural convection movement that suspends the lees creating the same effect as a batonnage. This results in wines that maintain their fruitiness and acidity, but also give them texture and body.
