The wine
Made from the native vine of Mamoiada, Granazza, it is a very special white wine. Intense aromas of Mediterranean scrub blend with a powerful and complex palate but balanced and with an enveloping and deep finish. Suitable both for meat dishes in general and also for fish soups and medium-aged cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
