The wine
Schiopetto Sauvignon is a gritty and harmonious wine, with a very pleasant drinkability. Straw-yellow with green veins, it expresses the complex and complex aromas of elderberry, pink grapefruit, white peach, tomato leaf, tropical fruit and aromatic herbs on a mineral base. The palate reveals great freshness and excellent balance, signed by a beautiful almond finish. To taste it at best it is recommended to combine it with dishes based on shellfish and seafood, risotto with asparagus or simply with a plate of spaghetti with tomato and basil.

Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
