Review
Schiavenza Barolo Prapò is an intense, full-bodied and spicy still red. Elegant and enveloping on the nose, with notes of berries, licorice, dried leaves, rose, violet, strawberry and cherry. The sip appears fresh and savory, with a splendid tannic boost. Recommended in combination with pasta or risotto with meat sauce, game, roasted or grilled meat, stewed red meat.
