The wine
From the typical purplish color of black plums, the olfactory examination presents hints of ripe fruit, cherries and red plums. It goes well with dishes of roast pork and in sauce, aged cheeses, pasta and soups with slightly spicy legumes, mushrooms from the Murge, salami.
