Spec sheet
The wine
The Müller Thurgau, a white-fruited vine, was created only in 1882 in Germany by Hermann Müller, a Swiss researcher born in Thurgau, during a study of genetic improvement of the vine.
At sight it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the perfume is pleasant and elegant, composed of delicious notes of grapefruit. The sip is round, aromatic and persistent. Excellent as an aperitif, with light appetizers, soups or soups, egg-based dishes, ideal with fish.
