The wine
Primosic's Sauvignon Gmajne is a white wine from the Friulian Doc Collio, produced from Sauvignon grapes. Upon visual examination it shows a pale straw yellow color; the nose is inviting, with delicate notes of white flowers and citrus with herbaceous sensations. The sip brings with it a good acidity and a dry, soft and elegant flavor. Perfect in combination with fish first and second courses. Also excellent in combination with fresh cheeses.
