Review
A jewel of Italian viticulture, a wine in which to get lost and at the same time rediscover those characteristics of the main vine of Tuscany, Sangiovese.
Bright and vivid ruby red color. The nose opens in an impeccable, truly characteristic bouquet: rose, peony, raspberry, a hint of undergrowth, anise, rhubarb, marjoram. Bewitching, seductive and captivating scents. On the palate it is of absolute goodness: fresh, mineral, tannins like silk, balanced and terribly harmonious in its clean and very long finish. A masterful wine of great class and style.
It goes divinely with various mushroom-based preparations, or with both roasted and braised red meats.
