The wine
Exotic, mineral, full, rich. Without sulphites and with a six-month period of ageing in stainless steel and in contact with its lees. An explosion of citrus and herb aromatics on the mineral background of a terroir well-accustomed to legendary wines. After its Rovella, Parusso offers us another spectacular Sauvignon golden in colour and with a persuasive verticality. A white which makes its presence known in a region with a talent for reds.
