Details for Panizzi Vernaccia Vigna Santa Margherita 2017
Bottle size and vintage
At sight it is striking for its brilliance and luminosity; the color is straw yellow with a greenish tinge. The taste is fragrant, pulpy and structured, articulated in the hints that refer to the olfactory sensations, but well balanced with a persistent aftertaste that fades towards almond notes. Combination with fish first courses, shellfish, white meats, medium-aged cheeses, preparations with saffron.
- Optimum serving temperature:Between 6ºC and 8ºC
