The wine
This wine has a particular link with the traditions of the Etna area, where it was common practice to make very short macerations (2 days) in order to produce fruity and ready-to-drink wines. Rosé wine with good coloring intensity and moderate tannins, which is also perfect on fish-based dishes and on fresh tomato-based dishes.
