Lisini San Biagio is a simple and drinkable wine, with very varietal characters, ruby red in color. The nose is intense, fine, with elegant aromas of red fruit, berries and violet. The taste is dry, pleasant, balanced structure and pleasant freshness. Slightly tannic. On the table it lends itself to the most varied gastronomic combinations: it goes well with medium-structured dishes, such as pasta dishes with meat, poultry, mushroom or truffle sauce, composite risotto; second courses prepared with pork or veal sauce.
