The wine
The Franciacorta Brut Rosé is presented at the sight of an onion pink color with a very fine and persistent perlage and white foam. The nose is pleasant and elegant, expressing floral hints of wild rose and aromas of small fruits such as raspberry; the sip is dry, dry and gentle. Excellent as an aperitif with appetizers, perfect to accompany sushi.
