Verro Coda di Pecora has a straw yellow color; intense and fruity on the nose, notes of mulberry, medlar, bergamot and aromatic herbs stand out. On the palate it slips velvety leaving sensations of freshness and flavor. Good structure. Ideal in combination with fish and shellfish, also excellent in combination with fresh cheeses.
