I first tasted this at a very good Spanish restaurant in London, and was so impressed with it that I hunted all over the net to acquire some. It is a very fine manzanilla with all the salty, racy notes that one hopes for in a manzanilla but seldom find. Long in the mouth with a dry bracing aftertaste and a very pleasing pale straw colour. Excellent.

Poisson en croûte
La toute première fois que je goûte ce vin et c'est sacrément bon ! De l'opulence, de l'allant, de la puissance, du gras, une légère et surprenante sensation tannique en finale, une très belle persistance et profusion de notes salées, je le trouve un peu atypique par manque de tonicité. J'en déduis que c'est plus un vin de repas que je verrais bien sur une dorade en croûte de sel !

Una manzanilla esemplare
Vino che sta benissimo a tavola, manzanilla tipica che accompagna al meglio salumi, formaggi, paste in bianco, pollo e molto altro.
