Gabutti-Boasso Barolo Serralunga

Barolo Serralunga is a wine characterized by structure and elegance. At sight it shows a beautiful intense ruby color with garnet reflections and a complex and persuasive nose with touches of overripe fruit and spices. In the mouth it manages to admirably combine the sumptuous richness of the fabric with a surprising ease of drinking; the finish is long and corresponding, just warmed by an excellent alcoholic power. A very consistent sour cherry. Excellent with red meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.
