Original por su buena acidez

La potencia frutal de este vino da una acidez alta que no gustará a los degustadores más tradicionales. Pero ese pasito hacia delante es muy de agradecer. En cuanto al maridaje salta todas las convenciones y su comportamiento es similar a un godello sobre sus lías, un todoterreno. Irá bien con pescados sabrosos. En cambio, no maridará bien con asados, ni guisos, ni carnes rojas. Un vino especial.

Vale la pena

Vale la pena recuperar una uva tan poco utilizada en vinos españoles, (a excepción de los prioratos). Bueno y sabroso

Un vino muy logrado.

Entra con mucha suavidad y tiene un retrogusto muy rico en detalles. Un vino que te queda en la memoria.

Bodegas Frontonio is named after Saint Frontonio, patron saint of the north-eastern Spanish town of Epila. Legend says that after Saint Frontonio was beheaded by the Romans, his body was buried in a cemetery and his head cast into the River Ebro. Miraculously his head was found upstream on the bank of the River Jalon, close to where the Bodegas Frontonio winery is located.
