The wine
The nose reveals aromas of blackcurrant bud, grapefruit, white peach. The tactile sensation is pleasant in attack with a palate which increases in power and which ends on exotic fruits carried by a salivating acidity.
The Cuvée MMM is a marvel as an aperitif or with seafood, especially with oysters. It will also excel with cold meats, rillettes or goat cheese.
