Ferrari Maximum Demi Sec is a pleasant straw yellow colored sparkling wine with soft greenish reflections. The nose is gentle, intense and persistent, with a note of ripe fruit in which hints of bread crust, hazelnut and a variegated floral bouquet can be recognized. On the palate it appears soft, elegant and harmonious, with a remarkable personality given by the intense fruity notes typical of Chardonnay, combined with pleasant fragrances of vanilla and yeast that linger for a long time in the mouth. Recommended as an accompaniment to desserts and after a meal.
