La Revelía is the maximum expression of the Godello variety in Bierzo. A wine bringing together complexity, intensity and delicacy, with the extraordinary aromas and elegance its careful production and respectful ageing process gives it.

The best Godello grapes are harvested from steep hillsides at heights of over 600 metres. The late ripening and different orientations of the vines brings richness and personality to the wine. The grape must is fermented at controlled temperatures in French oak before the wine is aged on its lees in the same casks. It has a clear and bright straw-yellow colour in the glass and is unctuous and balanced in the mouth with a well-integrated acidity and a perfect fusion between wood and fruit. It has a lingering aftertaste and an accessible and flavoursome profile.

Gran godello

The winery currently owns some 200 hectares of vineyards, planted and grafted with an excellent Tempranillo clone recouped from their oldest vineyards. Some...
