The wine
Intense straw yellow in the glass, on the nose it releases a floral bouquet where broom and white flowers blend. On the palate it is fresh but also capable of a good aromatic complexity combined with an appreciable structure. Pairings with raw seafood, fish-based dishes and light sauces.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
