For this cuvée, only the best bunches of manually harvested Glera grapes are selected. Then the soft pressing and static decanting of the must are carried out. The primary fermentation takes place in steel tanks at 16 ° C followed by the second fermentation in the autoclave. The rest in the bottle for at least 1-2 months concludes the cycle: an anniversary with an intense, sweet, fruity and extremely harmonious character.
Drinking and storing
Astoria selected for this Cuvé their best Glera grapes, that were harvested manually. After pressing and fermentation this Prosecco matured in the bottle for at least 1-2 months and turned into a festive light sparkling wine with an intense nose and mouth feel, dominated by sweet citrus fruit.
