The grapes harvested from vineyards conducted under organic viticulture are softly pressed and the must fermented at controlled temperature. The subsequent second fermentation is managed to preserve all the aromatic heritage and return floral aromas, a pleasantly dry taste ideal for an aperitif and with delicate dishes.

Founded in 1987 by brothers Paolo and Giorgio Polegato from a traditional family background of winemaking, Astoria stands out for the quality of its products.
