The wine
Antonio Barbadillo Castillo de San Diego 2023 is Andalusia's most emblematic white wine and one of Spain's best-loved wines. Made from 100% Palomino Fina grapes, this Cadiz wine reflects the freshness and character of the Jerez region. Pale yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it offers clean aromas of green apple, white flowers and a subtle saline background. In the mouth, it is light, dry and refreshing, with a smooth and slightly bitter finish that makes it very gastronomic. Ideal for pairing with seafood, fried fish or Andalusian tapas, it is a real invitation to enjoy the south in every glass.
