Andreola Bollé Brut is the perfect sparkling wine for any occasion, a pleasant and current sparkling wine that never disappoints expectations. Straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose expresses a clumpy and slightly floral olfactory profile. A mineral trace opens to a fresh, fragrant taste characterized by a very clean closure. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with small tastings based on sushi and sashimi.

Smooth crisp and very bubbly a real favourite with my family

My Daughter first tried Bolle on a skiing trip and she loved it. I order a case for her when she got home. I have now ordered a several more.

Prosecco bien sec et tonique. Pour amateurs d'extra-dry. Très bien en apéritif et sur fruits de mer. Belle bouteille en prime.

The 40 hectares of vineyards owned by the winery are located in the denomination of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, where the Glera grape variety is grown almost exclusively, although with small amounts too of other varieties native to the area, such as the Verdiso, Perera and Bianchetta. The Valdobbiadene concept figur...
