Drinking and storing
this is my new favourite wine, a real discovery. It pairs extremely well with cured meats, can be drunk on its own or with food.
I Really love this wine.. extremely good as apperitivo with chacuterie, olives etc as it has some sherry like notes to it.
Smooth, almonds and apricot!!
